14-Day Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable purchasing The Hormonal Shift.
Our voluntary 14-day refund policy
If The Hormonal Shift is not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
You do not need to prove that you never used the tracker in order to request a refund during this period.

Please include enough purchase information for the order to be located, but do not send your symptom history, Visit Summary, or other sensitive health information unless it is necessary for the issue.
After 14 days
After 14 calendar days, purchases are generally non-refundable.
We may still consider appropriate exceptions, including:
- duplicate charges;
- a product-access problem that cannot reasonably be resolved;
- an incorrect charge; or
- circumstances where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
Consumer rights
This voluntary refund policy does not limit rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
In some jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, digital-content purchases may have separate statutory cancellation or conformity rights depending on the circumstances of the purchase and delivery.
Those legal rights apply independently of this voluntary policy where applicable.
How refunds affect access
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, purchaser access to The Hormonal Shift may be disabled.
Disabling purchaser access does not automatically delete check-ins already stored locally in your browser.
You may use the tracker-data tools to manage or delete locally stored check-ins separately.
Lemon Squeezy
Payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant-of-record provider.
Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds or handle chargebacks according to its own obligations, policies, and discretion.
