Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to check in every day?
No.
The Hormonal Shift is designed for periodic check-ins when you want to record what you have been noticing. There are no daily streaks or daily logging requirements.
Where are my check-ins saved?
Your check-ins are processed in your browser and saved locally in that browser on that device.
They do not automatically follow you to another browser or device, and clearing browser data may remove them.
Why should I use Backup My Tracker?
Local storage helps keep your tracker information under your control, but it also means your history does not automatically move to a new browser or device.
Backup My Tracker lets you keep a separate copy of your check-ins or restore them on another compatible browser or device.
Backup files can contain sensitive information you entered, so store them somewhere you are comfortable keeping personal health-related information.
What is my access code?
Your access code is the license key included with your Lemon Squeezy purchase.
Normally, clicking Open The Hormonal Shift from your purchase confirmation or receipt sets up access automatically.
You usually only need to enter the access code manually when regaining access or using another browser or device.
How many devices can I use?
Your purchase currently supports up to 3 browser or device activations.
If you replace a device, clear a browser, or reach the activation limit and need help removing an old activation, contact support@thehormonalshift.com.
Can I see what changed since my previous check-in?
Yes.
The tracker can show your previously recorded information alongside your current information and display the symptom categories you recorded across your check-ins.
It does not diagnose what caused a change or label changes as medically better or worse.
Can I print or save my Visit Summary?
Yes.
Your Visit Summary can be copied, printed, or saved as a PDF using your browser's print functionality.
You can also simply open the Visit Summary on your phone during an appointment.
Is The Hormonal Shift medical or diagnostic?
No.
The Hormonal Shift helps you record, organize, and remember symptoms and changes you have noticed.
It does not diagnose perimenopause, determine the cause of symptoms, or provide medical advice.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Because check-ins are stored locally in the browser, clearing browser storage may remove them.
Use Backup My Tracker if you want to keep a separate copy of your check-ins.
Clearing browser information may also require you to use your purchase access code again.
Can I delete my tracker information?
Yes.
The My Tracker Data page includes a Delete My Tracker Data option.
Deleting tracker data removes saved check-ins from that browser but does not cancel your purchase entitlement.
Can I withdraw health-data consent?
Yes.
The My Tracker Data page includes a health-data consent section.
Withdrawing consent prevents the tracker from processing or displaying your saved health information until you consent again.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete your saved check-ins or cancel your purchase.
Is there a subscription?
No.
The Hormonal Shift is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription for the current product.
What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or in appropriate situations such as a duplicate charge or an unresolved product-access problem.
See the full Refund Policy for details.
